You’re in for a treat today, because I’ve got a new recipe that’s just as delicious, has just enough spice, and that will actually support your body and goals.
It’s also a great recipe to help nourish your adrenals and give your nervous system a breather. 🧘♀️
Golden Hour Pumpkin Latte
(Serves 1)
¾ cup (180 ml) unsweetened almond or oat milk
¼ cup (60 ml) brewed coffee or espresso
2 tbsp pumpkin purée (canned)
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp turmeric (optional for extra anti-inflammatory boost)
1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey (or to taste)
1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: Collagen peptides or adaptogenic mushroom blend
Warm the milk, pumpkin, and spices in a small saucepan over medium heat. Don’t let it boil.
Once warm, pour into a blender with coffee, oil, sweetener, and any optional add-ins. Carefully blend until creamy and frothy (about 20–30 seconds).
Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
Want a caffeine-free version? Swap the coffee for dandelion or chicory root tea.
