That’s why I love this one — it tastes like dessert, takes 5 mins to make, and it’s secretly loaded with protein.

It’s also perfect for busy days, post-workout cravings, or when you just want something fun in the freezer!

🍓 High-Protein Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

• 1 to 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt (or a dairy-free alternative)

• ½ scoop vanilla or berry protein powder (your favorite kind works!)

• 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional — depending on your taste)

• A handful of berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

• Chopped nuts or granola

• Optional: dark chocolate chips or shredded coconut

Directions:

1️⃣ Mix the yogurt, protein powder, and maple syrup together until smooth.

2️⃣ Spread it evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3️⃣ Top with berries, granola, and any extras.

4️⃣ Freeze for 2–3 hours (or overnight).

5️⃣ Break into pieces and store in a sealed container in the freezer.

Pro Tip: It’s great for sweet cravings at night — but also works as a fun post-workout snack or something to toss in your kid’s lunchbox.
