Banana bread that’s packed with PROTEIN (and you’d never know it). 🤩
It tastes like a treat, but it’s loaded with healthy ingredients that’ll keep you full and feeling good.
It’s also quick to prep and easy to freeze!
Protein-Packed Banana Bread. 🍌
- Makes 1 loaf
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 eggs
½ cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder (your fave brand works)
1 ½ cups almond flour
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
½ cup chopped walnuts or dark chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mash bananas and mix in eggs, vanilla, and maple syrup (if using).
3️⃣ Add in protein powder, almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth.
4️⃣ Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips (if using).
5️⃣ Pour into a greased or parchment-lined loaf pan.
6️⃣ Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7️⃣ Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
Pro Tip: Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze slices for easy grab-and-go snacks later.
