Train 1-on-1 with a coach to learn proper form, safe technique, and how to maximize your workouts at Titan.
You will receive an InBody scan that will give you an accurate look at body fat, lean muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, water retention and muscle mass in your arms, legs and trunk.
